JOFAT's General Knowledge Weekly Quiz Is Back

In partnership with Reality Club International - http://realityclubint.blogspot.com (distributors of SOYAPLUS) the Dr. Jerry Oguzie Foundation and Trust's general knowledge weekly quiz is back.

It will kick off again on Tuesday 5th of May 2015

Friends of the Foundation and other members of the public are invited to participate.

Please note the following:

The quiz shall be on every week for the weeks of a month and the WINNERS SHALL BE ANNOUNCED AFTER THE LAST QUIZ FOR A MONTH.

The quiz shall be released every Tuesday and answers would be expected to come in within 12 hours of release.

The person who gets the highest number of answers shall be declared the winner for the month.

There shall be two other winners that shall be chosen in accordance with their performance.

A winner shall be entitled to a token gift of a CARTON of small size SOYAPLUS (Containing 6 Packets)

The 2nd place winner shall be entitled to a token gift of 4 PACKETS of small size SOYAPLUS

While the 3rd place winner shall be entitled to a token gift of 2 PACKETS of small size SOYAPLUS

All participants would be expected to be friends of the Foundation.

JOFAT's General Knowledge Quiz - Terms and Conditions

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

1.      Quiz shall be posted by 0600 hours on a TUESDAY

2.      Answers would be expected to come in before 1800 hours of the same day

3.      This shall be on weekly basis

4.      For a particular month, all participants would be expected to participate in the quiz for that month, starting from the first quiz.

5.      No participant shall be allowed to participate mid way (that means if a participant did not participate in the first quiz of the month, then s/he has to wait for the quiz of the first week of the next month)

6.      Answers to the Quiz Questions shall be submitted on the JOFAT Blog - http://jofat1995.blogspot.com

7.      The winners for each quiz session shall be announced on THURSDAY

8.      In the circumstance that more persons get the correct answer, in a particular quiz, then the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places winners shall be the persons whose answer came in first, second and third as shall be judged from the time of submission.

9.      The 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winners shall be announced after the last quiz of the month

10.    Participants are requested to be sincere and truthful in their participation, and to let the answers come from what they know rather than what google knows.

11.    Any participant who is found to have cheated shall be sanctioned appropriately

12.    1st place winner shall be entitled to a gift of a carton of small size soyaplus; 2nd place winner shall be entitled to a gift of 4 packets of small size soyaplus while the 3rd place winner shall be entitled to a gift of 2 packets of small size soyaplus

13.     This is a social service taken up by the Foundation at its own expense and so the Foundation reserves the right to continue or discontinue the service and cannot be taken to task over any of such decisions. 

14.     The Foundation shall also not be accountable to anyone except as the Directors may choose on issues bordering on this social service including the sourcing of questions and the answers adjudged correct.
