The statement is short and ambiguous. Will be based on a location or the whole country? 1.Whenever you want to do it,make sure the media is involved. 2 you can also collaborate with other Ngos if you don't mind. 3 you should have a catchment area at hand. 4 also make an estimate you intend to invest in the project. 5 you can relate with governmental sectors that also have similar aim. I would like to get more information about it,
